The IGA Coca-Cola Institute is proud to announce the top stores for the entire year of 2011!
Top U.S. Stores With 671 completions, Fresh Madison Market from Madison, Wis., was the Institute's top U.S. store from 2011. Following closely behind were Milam's Market IGA #3 from Miami, Fla. (658 completions), and Foods Etc. IGA from Clearlake, Calif. (579 completions). Rounding out the top five U.S. stores were Supermercado El Rancho from Dallas, Texas, and Milam's Market IGA #2 from Miami Springs, Fla.
Top International Stores The top stores of 2011 were dominated by Polish retailers from Delikatesy Centrum (DC). DC Jaroslaw – Pruchnicka was 2011's top international store, with over 1,000 completions. Other notable DC stores included DC Krosno Bursaki 29a and DC Krynica – Czrany Potok, both of which completed more than 770 courses.
Other top international stores include a number of Caribbean retailers: Super J IGA – Rodney Bay, Super J IGA – New Dock, Super J IGA – Waterfront, and Mega J's Warehouse, all from St. Lucia; AML Foods Limited from the Bahamas; Stony Hill Supermarket from Jamaica; and Nettletons Ltd. from Trinidad and Tobago.
Top Corporate Universities The Institute's top corporate university, with a completion rate of over 93,600 courses, was Wuhan Zhongbai Co. Ltd., based out of Wuhan, Hubei in China. The second highest completion rate (over 21,000) belonged to a long-standing Institute user, the Cargills IGA - Albert A. Page Institute of Food Business in Sri Lanka. Rounding out the top five corporate universities were XiYa Trade Co., Ltd and Daqing Qingkelong Ltd., Co. (both from China), and Delikatesy Centrum in Poland.
