Our IGA Days events have gotten more impactful with every year, and if the first half of this year's event is any indication, our 2013 promotion is on track to be the best yet.
Our IGA retailers and Licensed Distribution Center (LDCs) have planned some great selling events around your IGA Exclusive Brand line; record numbers of shoppers (nearly 40,000 already) are registering every day at www.iga.com in the IGA Loves Your Kitchen Sweepstakes; and the displays being created by IGA retailers to promote products are some of the best we've ever seen. Just take a look...
So today I'd like to thank all of you who are going above and beyond to make IGA Days a success, and remind you that there will be big rewards at the end of this event. No doubt you can expect increased sales and customer loyalty, but for one lucky retailer, the benefits won't stop there. The LDC that has shown the largest growth in Exclusive Brand product sales over last October will have the opportunity to choose a retailer (and his or her guest) to join IGA's Heidi Huff and me in a trip to New York City for the 2014 Super Bowl this coming February.
So, who wants to join us at the Super Bowl in 2014? It's not too late to get the displays up and ads written that will build sales in your store and help put you in the running for the trip. What do you have to lose? The experience will be priceless, especially if your hometown team makes it. GO KANSAS CITY CHIEFS! Sorry, my bias is showing.
