Are You Ready for Wave 1 of Your Assessment Program?

Delivering a consistently superior shopping experience is key in the retail business, both for the success of the retailer who wants to keep shoppers coming back, and for the success of the brand that the retailer represents.

Through a series of annual in-store appraisals, the IGA Assessment program gives IGA retailers the valuable feedback they need to raise their level of customer service and build shopper loyalty within the communities they serve. At the same time, all members of the Alliance get the assurance that every IGA store within the Alliance is working together to protect and strengthen the collective IGA brand identity.

With the New Year in full-swing, today I wanted to take this opportunity to remind you that Wave 1, the first Assessment of 2014, will occur sometime between January 20 and April 26, 2014.

This will be an "Unrevealed" visit, meaning that the appraiser will perform an assessment without being identified to the store staff.
