| IGA Internet Monthly Shopping Spree gives
one lucky shopper the chance to win a $100 shopping spree at their favorite
IGA supermarket each month.
These rules constitute the Official Rules of this contest. By participating
in the IGA Internet Monthly Shopping Spree, entrants agree to be bound
by the Official Rules and the decision of the judges which are final
and binding in all respects.

SHOPPING SPREE
1. Entry
To enter the IGA Internet Monthly Shopping Spree, please complete
the form or type IGA Internet Monthly Shopping Spree on a piece of paper
along with:
• Your name, address, which
IGA Store you shop, and e-mail address (if
you DO NOT have an e-mail address please include your phone number)
• Send to: IGA, INC., Attn: IGA Internet Monthly Shopping
Spree, 8725 West Higgins Road, Chicago, IL 60631.
All entries must be received by midnight of the last day of each month.
Entry method does not effect odds of winning. Limit one entry per person.
IGA, INC. is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete,
illegible or damaged mail or email that results from any source. By
entering, entrant agrees to abide by and be bound by the Official Rules.
IGA, INC. reserves the right to cancel the IGA Internet Monthly Shopping
Spree at any time.
2. Eligibility
The IGA Internet Monthly Shopping Spree is open to U.S. residents
only, except employees of IGA, INC. or its affiliates, and anyone directly
involved with IGA, or this contest, IGA family members or members of
household. The IGA Internet Monthly Shopping Spree void where prohibited
by law. All federal, state, and local laws apply.
3. Selection and Notification
On the first business day of each month, one entry will be
selected as that month's winner of the $100 prize. Winner's will be
chosen at random from all eligible entries submitted from the beginning
of each month to last day of that month. The odds of winning depend
on the number of eligible entries received.
4. Other Rules
- The winner consents to the use of his/her name and/or likeness for
publicity, advertising, and commercial purposes, in perpetuity, without
further compensation unless prohibited by law. IGA, INC. and its employees
are not responsible for lost entries, or for any unavailability of
information on the Internet, for whatever reason. Entries will be
disqualified if IGA, INC. determines, at its sole discretion, that
entrants have attempted to circumvent the terms and conditions of
these rules. All decisions by IGA, INC. are final. The winner may
be required by IGA, INC. to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and
a Liability and Publicity Release prior to receiving the prize.
- IGA, INC. reserves the right to suspend or terminate the IGA Internet
Monthly Shopping Spree at any time.
- To receive the name of the winner, or a copy of the Official Rules,
