IGA Announces IGA Social Powered by AR Marketing

[CHICAGO: October 12, 2016] – IGA today announced the launch of IGA Social, a program that provides IGA retailers with professional management of their social media accounts using a proven formula to increase traffic, build brand awareness, reach prospective customers, and build a “fan base”, all while strengthening and preserving the genuine connection with community and unique personality that is the hallmark of IGA’s independent retailers. Program provider AR Marketing, a leading full-service marketing firm, will begin providing social media services to IGA retailers immediately.

A subscription to IGA Social will provide each IGA retailer customer with their own dedicated AR Marketing account manager who will generate a store-specific schedule with daily posts filled with dynamic content that actively engages their customers, develops brand loyalty and drives traffic to their stores—all while maintaining the unique voice and personality of the retailer. Additionally, each retailer’s account manager will be responsible for monitoring their social media accounts seven days a week and responding to customer questions, comments or complaints. To monitor performance and improvement, an IGA Social subscription also includes a monthly analytics report.
