You must be logged in to view & order the product.  For more detailed instructions, click here.       Nielsen Sees Slowing Pantry Staple Sales as States Reopen   In their weekly COVID-19 shopping insights, Nielsen shared that as states gradually re-open, last week saw the slowest pantry loading since the start of COVID-19, with both closed and open states reporting similar changes as overall growth rates level off.   Produce surpassed Meat and Dairy growth for the first time since the start of the pandemic, which is driven by potatoes, grapes, and pre-packaged salads. Despite slower growth, shoppers are continuing to stay loyal to brands, with branded products outpacing total store and private label growth. Webinar: COVID-19 OSHA Recordkeeping and Reporting: What You Need to Know   With thousands of worker claims made to OSHA involving COVID-19, the agency issued an updated enforcement guidance for onsite inspections. Eric Conn and Aaron Gelb from NGA’s Labor and Employment law firm, Conn Maciel Carey LLP, will review the OSHA recordkeeping and reporting obligations related to employee COVID-19 cases, and provide information on how the agency will proceed with inspections, along with enforcement actions.
