Creamy Sausage and Kale Soup

Ingredients

1 lb sausage
2-3 large white potatoes, chopped
1 onion
2 ,15 oz cans IGA Chicken Broth
2 cups milk
2 cups half and half
Italian seasoning,
2 cups chopped kale
Salt & pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Brown crumbled sausage in large soup pot. Once browned, remove sausage and drain.
  2. Using the same soup pot with sausage drippings, add chopped onion, diced potato chunks, chicken broth, milk, and Italian
    seasoning to pot. Bring to boil then simmer for 10-15 mins until potatoes are
    tender.
  3. Add half and half, browned sausage, and kale back to pot, add salt & pepper, and simmer another 10 mins.
