Ingredients
1 lb sausage
2-3 large white potatoes, chopped
1 onion
2 ,15 oz cans IGA Chicken Broth
2 cups milk
2 cups half and half
Italian seasoning,
2 cups chopped kale
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Brown crumbled sausage in large soup pot. Once browned, remove sausage and drain.
- Using the same soup pot with sausage drippings, add chopped onion, diced potato chunks, chicken broth, milk, and Italian
seasoning to pot. Bring to boil then simmer for 10-15 mins until potatoes are
tender.
- Add half and half, browned sausage, and kale back to pot, add salt & pepper, and simmer another 10 mins.
