Spinach and Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

1 can artichoke hearts, drained
2 cups baby spinach (chopped)
½ cup Sour cream
½ cup mayo
1 tsp mustard
½ red onion, chopped
1 cup mozzarella shredded
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes, (opt)

Tortilla Chips for Serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, add ½ of the mozzarella and the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. When done mixing, pour the dip into a 2 qt casserole dish.
  4. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes
  5. Remove from oven and add the remaining ½ c of mozzarella and bake an additional 10 minutes (or until top is golden brown).

Serve with Tortilla Chips
