Kicking Off Grilling Season with Front Yard Cookouts

We are all trying to stay connected and find new ways to keep our favorite traditions, like backyard cookouts. Oscar Mayer is kicking off grilling season by encouraging you to bring your backyard cookout to the front yard, and get (re)connected with your community again…at a 6-foot distance, of course!

We’re proud to partner with Feeding America to give back to the community, and we’re excited to give people the chance to help us in this effort. We know grilling season is best enjoyed with family and friends, so we encourage you to practice social distancing and move cookouts to the front yard, where we can be together even when we’re apart,” said Jess Vultaggio, head of marketing at Oscar Mayer.

As part of this effort, Oscar Mayer is donating 1 million meals to Feeding America. And we’re asking you to participate by sharing pictures on social media of your socially-distant cookouts using #FrontYardCookout. Each social share from fans donates one additional meal to Feeding America!
