White Cheddar Chicken & Vegetable Pasta

Enhance your Knorr Selects™ by adding chicken and vegetables for a full nutritious meal. 

Cook Time: 10 minutes

What You Need: 

1 package Knorr Selects™ White Cheddar Broccoli with cavatappi pasta
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup milk
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 carrots
1/2 medium red onion
1 bag (12 oz.) frozen green beans, thawed
4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, divided

Make It
  1. Cook Knorr Selects™ White Cheddar Broccoli with cavatappi pasta in saucepan with water and milk according to package directions.
  2. While pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet over high heat. Meanwhile, quickly cut chicken thighs into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice carrots and red onion. Add chicken, carrots, onion and thawed green beans to skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are crisp-tender, about 8 minutes.
  3. Toss cooked pasta into skillet with chicken and vegetable mixture. Stir in 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.
