Register For The Institute's Food Allergen Courses
Just in time for Food Allergy Awareness Week, the IGA Coca-Cola Institute has launched a new course from Ecolab, Food Retail: Food Allergens. In this 13-minute course, students will receive an overview of food allergens, symptoms associated with allergic reactions, and how to handle food allergens.

- FSS1 - Foodborne Illness Overview (Available in English and Spanish)
- Food Allergen Compliance (SFS Certification) (Available in English and Spanish; ANSI-certified by state for those who need the official certification)
