Ingredients
- 5 oz vanilla Greek or Icelandic yogurt
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2/3 cup milk (almond milk, oat milk or cow's milk)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients into a mason jar.
- Seal the mason jar, and shake to combine.
- Let the overnight oats sit in the refrigerator overnight, or at least 4 hours before eating.
- Top with fresh fruit if desired.
