Easy Overnight Oats

  • 5 oz vanilla Greek or Icelandic yogurt
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2/3 cup milk (almond milk, oat milk or cow's milk)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter 


  1. Combine all ingredients into a mason jar. 
  2. Seal the mason jar, and shake to combine. 
  3. Let the overnight oats sit in the refrigerator overnight, or at least 4 hours before eating. 
  4. Top with fresh fruit if desired.
