Easy Overnight Oats

Ingredients
5 oz vanilla Greek or Icelandic yogurt
1/2 cup rolled oats
2/3 cup milk (almond milk, oat milk or cow's milk)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
1 tablespoon almond butter or peanut butter
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a mason jar.
Seal the mason jar, and shake to combine.
Let the overnight oats sit in the refrigerator overnight, or at least 4 hours before eating.
Top with fresh fruit if desired.
