Peppermint Crunch Grahams

Ingredients

  • 8 HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, broken crosswise in half (16 squares)
  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) white baking chocolate, melted
  • 3 Tbsp. crushed green and/or red starlight mints (about 6 candies)

Instructions

  1. Spread graham squares with chocolate.
  2. Sprinkle with crushed candy.
  3. Let stand 20 min. or until chocolate is firm.
  4. Serve or store in airtight container at room temperature up to 1 week before serving

Tips

Instead of candies, prepare using crushed candy canes. You will need to crush about 8 mini candy canes to get the 3 Tbsp. measure of crushed candy needed to sprinkle over the chocolate--topped graham squares.
