Benchmarking Your Business with the Independent Grocers Financial Survey

Want to know where you stand in relation to other
independents in the grocery industry?

Every year for the past 19 years, National Grocers Association (NGA) and FMS, a leading financial services provider for independents, have published an annual Independent Grocers Financial Survey. This year in addition to the overall report, IGA retailers will have access to an IGA-specific report. 

IGA CEO John Ross & FMS CEO Bob Graybill share how your participation in the NGA/FMS Independent Grocers Financial Survey will: 

• Provide the opportunity for you to benchmark against similar stores (including IGAs) to learn what you do well and what you need to focus on to make changes that will make a difference in your bottom line
• Allow IGA to speak more clearly about the health of the brand so the industry, prospective IGA retailers, and manufacturers understand the power of IGA
• Give us insight about where resources are needed to help you with the challenges you face

How to participate

The deadline to complete the questionnaire is May 30, 2019. Please note, if you are an FMS client, you may choose to have FMS pull the data they have on file to complete the survey’s financial information.
