With that in mind, today I’m so pleased to announce our first-ever promotion just for IGA chefs and deli teams—the IGA-Hellmann’s® Big Game Recipe Contest.
From now through February 1, 2019, your store can enter by creating your own dip, salad, or spread that includes Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise. The recipe can be simple or complicated; doesn’t matter as long as it’s executable in store and delicious!
And here’s the very best part:
Three winners will be awarded registration, hotel, and travel to the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) Menus of Change Summit in New York City’s Hyde Park this June 18 – 20, 2019!
Here’s how it works:
- Submit your store's original recipe for a dip, salad, or spread that includes Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise by February 1, 2019.
- The winners will be selected by Hellmann’s® own Chef Rudy to attend the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) Menus of Change Summit June 18 – 20, 2019; registration, hotel, and travel provided.
- Winners will be announced at the IGA Global Rally in San Diego this February.
