1 lb ground beef 1 envelope taco seasoning 1 can (16oz) IGA refried beans 6 IGA flour tortillas 1 can IGA Jalapenos Shredded cheese
Optional Toppings: Sour cream Salsa Guacamole
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a 9 x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
In medium skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain any remaining oil and stir in taco seasoning according to package instructions.
In a saucepan, cook refried beans until heated through, about 3-5 minutes.
Wrap the tortillas in a paper towel and microwave for 30 seconds, or until they are easy to wrap.
Place a desired amount of beans and beef in the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese, jalapenos and salsa.
Fold opposite ends of the tortilla inward and roll the tortilla burrito style. Place each burrito, seam side down, into your greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish and sprinkle with additional cheese as desired.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes or until heated through. Serve with salsa, sour cream and/or guacamole!
