Beat Neufchatel cheese in medium bowl with mixer until creamy. Stir in whipped topping.
Spread into skull shape on serving plate.
Arrange fruit on top of dip to resemble a skeleton's face as shown in photo just before serving.
How to Spread the Dip For best results, spread the Neufchatel cheese mixture into a skull shape about 9 inches long and 6 inches wide.
Variation Serve with WHEAT THINS Big Snacks instead of the regular WHEAT THINS. Makes 24 servings, 2Tbsp. dip and 11 WHEAT THINS each.
Make Ahead The Neufchatel cheese mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Spread onto plate as directed, then refrigerate up to 4 hours before serving. Meanwhile, the fruit can also be cut ahead of time. Refrigerate, in tightly covered container, until ready to arrange on top of dip.
