Roasted Tuscan Vegetables

A great blend of vegetables to serve with your Fall dinner!


  • 1 (18 oz.) package frozen Pictsweet Farms Vegetables for Roasting Red Potatoes, Carrots, Onions & Zucchini
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese


  1. PREHEAT oven to 450°F.
  2. PLACE frozen vegetables in a shallow pan. Drizzle with oil, Italian seasoning, and pepper. Toss to coat and arrange in a single layer.
  3. ROAST 20 minutes or until desired browning occurs. Stir once halfway through.
  4. REMOVE from oven, sprinkle with cheese and allow to sit for 2 minutes until cheese begins to melt. Serves 4.
